Exchange and Returns Policy
Total Foot Comfort allows up to 14 days from product delivery
to request an exchange or report a defect.
We allow up to 45 days from product delivery to request or postmark a return.

Returns/exchanges must include correct paperwork and be properly
addressed to Total Foot Comfort in order to be processed timely.
Orders without the inclusion of an Order Identifier may not be eligible for a
refund, as we will be unable to locate the correct order and refund payment.

Returns and exchanges must be for purchases.
We will not honor returns from other selling sites or retail locations.

Total Foot Comfort reserves the right to refuse a return request.
However, please do not let this discourage you from asking as we will
not refuse within our posted guidelines under most circumstances.


All products are eligible to be exchanged if certain conditions apply.
1.  Wrong Size
2.  Exchanging for same product of equal or lesser value.
3.  Defective Product
